Through this streamlined flow, we deliver not only operational efficiency but also an elevated, user-first experience that sets a new benchmark for the industry.

This project focused on enhancing user autonomy and simplifying the charging process. Early UX research revealed unnecessary steps—such as configuring “Plug & Charge”—that disrupted flow. The redesigned process removes these steps, enabling a faster, more intuitive charging experience.
